ONLINE PURCHASES - In a rare instance, when two people order
the same item within minutes of each other, the online inventory
may not be updated in time. In this case, the item will be sold
to the earliest order.

SPECIAL REQUESTS - If you have special requests or instructions,

SHIPPING - Unless otherwise requested, we ship most orders
via the United States Postal Service. Orders are shipped first class
service to ensure minimum shipping times and less on postage. All products are packed
carefully in high quality material, however, insurance may be purchased
at the customer's request.

MA STATE SALES TAX - Sales tax is added for all Massachusetts orders.
RETURN POLICY- In order to maintain sanitary products, only
unworn jewelry may be returned. All returned earrings are subject
to a $5 charge for replacement earwires. All other nondamaged items
may be returned for a full refund.
